Compensation: $185k - $256k total target compensation

What you will do
- Partner with advisors to deliver tailored life insurance solutions supported by product insights.
- Conduct effective presentations in one-on-one and group settings, both virtually and in person.
- Build and sustain strong sales relationships through proactive outreach and strategic account management.
- Execute targeted activity plans to drive new opportunities and grow sales.
- Monitor territory performance and provide regular updates to sales leadership.
- Manage field travel (25-50%) and expenses to maximize territory coverage.
Requirements
- Must reside in TX, NM, AZ, CO, OK, or KS.
- 5+ years of experience in life insurance wholesale distribution.
- FINRA Series 6 and State Life and Health license required at time of application.
- FINRA Series 63 at time of application or obtained within 6 months.
- High school diploma.
- Ability to travel 25-50%.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Industry Designations: CLU, ChFC, and/or CFP.
- 2+ years of experience in an external wholesaling position.
- Proven track record of achieving territory sales objectives and managing centers of influence.
