What you will do
- Develop and implement customized service plans to ensure successful client outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs.
- Negotiate insurance coverage and lead renewal meetings for client accounts.
- Conduct detailed financial analyses and present findings to prospects and clients.
- Guide team members on complex tasks while maintaining a positive, results-driven environment.
- Manage proposals and ensure accuracy across all client-facing documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in insurance products, lines, and employee benefit techniques.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret complex self-funded policies.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Agency Management Systems.
- Proven ability to lead meetings and negotiate contracts effectively.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
Nice to have
- Life & Health license.
- BS/BA in Business, Insurance, or a related field.
- Professional designations such as GBA, CEBS, or VBS.
- Experience with Applied Epic agency management software.
