What you will do

  • Develop and implement customized service plans to ensure successful client outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs.
  • Negotiate insurance coverage and lead renewal meetings for client accounts.
  • Conduct detailed financial analyses and present findings to prospects and clients.
  • Guide team members on complex tasks while maintaining a positive, results-driven environment.
  • Manage proposals and ensure accuracy across all client-facing documentation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in insurance products, lines, and employee benefit techniques.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret complex self-funded policies.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Agency Management Systems.
  • Proven ability to lead meetings and negotiate contracts effectively.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.

Nice to have

  • Life & Health license.
  • BS/BA in Business, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Professional designations such as GBA, CEBS, or VBS.
  • Experience with Applied Epic agency management software.
