What you will do

• Design, code, and debug scalable software applications and high-performance APIs.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Provide technical leadership, driving design reviews and architecture decisions for teams of 5+.
• Mentor team members through code reviews and the implementation of AI-assisted development tools.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation for system architecture and user guides.
• Execute unit, integration, and performance tests using automated frameworks.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience with Golang.
• 4+ years of experience operating services in Kubernetes environments.
• Proven track record of designing scalable, high-performing APIs and distributed systems.
• Experience leading technical design reviews and influencing engineering standards.
• Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases and data modeling.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment using tools like Jira.
