What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers and own long-term account success.
- Engage CTO, VP, and SVP Engineering stakeholders to demonstrate ROI and guide AI-driven organizational change.
- Lead enterprise rollouts from onboarding and enablement through champion development and scaled adoption.
- Turn high-impact use cases into durable, repeatable workflows across teams.
- Monitor account health and usage data to support renewals and expansion with Account Executives.
- Represent customer needs internally and influence product priorities through customer insights.
Requirements
- Experience at the intersection of business and technology in customer-facing roles.
- Ability to translate customer needs into clear technical plans and measurable outcomes.
- Understanding of modern engineering and knowledge-work organizations, the SDLC, developer workflows, and tool adoption.
- Comfort communicating with developers, senior executives, and multiple enterprise functions.
- Analytical and operational approach to prioritization and action.
Nice to have
- Power-user experience with Grok, Grok Build (Cursor), Grok Bot, Grok APIs, or other modern AI tools for knowledge work and coding.
