Location: Remote (USA)

Salary: $63,000 - $77,000 per year (base)

What you will do

  • Conduct prospecting and cold outreach to identify new leads among TPAs and plan sponsors.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead qualification, demos, proposals, and closing.
  • Track and report pipeline activity to ensure consistent sales progress.
  • Represent the company at US industry trade shows and conferences to generate leads and build relationships.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
  • Collaborate with support and marketing teams to optimize the client experience.

Requirements

  • Must have experience working in the US pension space (TPAs, defined benefit and/or defined contribution plans).
  • Comfort with outbound sales activities, including cold calling and full ownership of the sales cycle.
  • Ability to travel within the US for trade shows and industry events.
  • Strong communication skills and organizational discipline to manage a sales pipeline.
  • Previous customer-facing experience in pension administration or full-cycle sales in this market.

Nice to have

  • Experience with hirify.global or a comparable pension administration software platform.
  • Prior experience at a TPA, pension plan administrator, or pension software company.
