What you will do
- Design and standardize customer onboarding processes, including handoff protocols and time-to-value benchmarks.
- Build operational infrastructure for customer success, including health scores, renewal forecasting, and expansion tracking.
- Own the reporting suite across CS, implementation, and partner teams to surface actionable insights.
- Develop playbooks for critical customer moments such as onboarding completion, expansion signals, and churn risk.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align partner-delivered implementations with renewal and expansion forecasting.
- Leverage AI tools to automate workflows and accelerate operational analysis.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of professional experience in RevOps, BizOps, CS, or strategic finance with deep exposure to post-sale customer lifecycles.
- Strong analytical skills with experience managing CRM and CS tooling data.
- Proven track record of building and implementing processes where structure was previously lacking.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams (CS, sales, product) without formal authority.
- Experience using AI tools to build reporting infrastructure or automate operational tasks.
- Structured thinking and process instinct applied to GTM problems.
