What you will do

• Own end-to-end sourcing activity for influencer, marketing agency, professional, and general services categories.
• Lead RFx processes, direct negotiations, and contract execution across the category portfolio.
• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across Marketing, People, and Finance for proactive pipeline management.
• Conduct category deep dives to identify spend under management and value expansion opportunities.
• Develop category strategies that balance commercial outcomes with stakeholder needs.
• Partner with Legal and Finance to ensure procurement compliance, balancing speed and risk.

Requirements

• 5+ years of sourcing or procurement experience, ideally in technology or multinational environments.
• Proven experience within Marketing Services and General Services categories.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex commercial conversations.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to prioritize portfolios and demonstrate impact.
• Ability to build category plans from scratch and execute them independently.
