TL;DR

Location: Bratislava, Slovakia or Remote from Slovakia

Salary: 1,200 EUR/month plus bonuses

What you will do

  • Provide support to Polish-speaking customers via phone and email (inbound).
  • Advise customers on product portfolio, orders, and the returns process.
  • Act as first-level contact and process inquiries for the Back Office.
  • Document and post-process all customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues.

Requirements

  • Native-level or C1 proficiency in Polish.
  • C1 proficiency in English or Slovak.
  • Secondary, professional, or university education.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Must be based in Slovakia.

  • Previous experience in customer support.
