TL;DR
Staff Software Engineer (Cybersecurity/.NET): Developing new features for Threat Manager and ITDR products with an accent on scalable on-prem deployments and identity security. Focus on advancing the threat detection engine, integrating AI/ML for anomaly detection, and mentoring engineers.
Location: Hybrid (Must be based in or able to visit the Kraków, Poland office)

What you will do
- Design and implement threat detection capabilities leveraging Active Directory and Entra ID expertise.
- Develop high-quality code and scalable backend services for on-prem deployments.
- Integrate Threat Manager data with ITDR, Identity, Data, and 1Secure products.
- Promote and integrate AI tools to enhance threat detection, anomaly identification, and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering leadership to align technical direction with business needs.
- Mentor engineers to foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- 8–10+ years of software development experience focusing on enterprise software.
- Proven experience designing and delivering on-prem software at scale.
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems, modular architectures, and event-driven design.
- Proficiency in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure as code.
- Solid understanding of Active Directory and RESTful API design.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with C# and the .NET ecosystem (.NET Core/.NET).
- Experience with threat detection methodologies, SIEM concepts, and security frameworks.
- Knowledge of Entra ID and hybrid cloud identity solutions.
- Experience applying machine learning to threat detection.
- Contributions to open-source projects or technical communities.
