Team Lead .NET Developer

Location: Armenia, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, or Ukraine

What you will do

• Design efficient, reusable, and reliable .NET code.
• Build and maintain scalable microservices and support their releases.
• Lead architectural decisions and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
• Guide the engineering team through technical direction, delegation, mentoring, and feedback.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver agreed solutions.
• Identify risks, remove blockers, improve development practices, and troubleshoot production issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial software development experience with the .NET platform, including .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and gRPC.
• 2+ years of leadership experience involving mentoring, code reviews, task delegation, and architecture decisions.
• Strong knowledge of software design, object-oriented programming, and architectural patterns.
• Experience with microservices, asynchronous messaging using SQS, RabbitMQ, or similar tools, and containerization with Docker, ECS, or Kubernetes.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, as well as PostgreSQL, EF Core, Redis, and third-party REST and SOAP or WCF integrations.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with MassTransit.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, OpenTelemetry, or Terraform.
