Senior .NET Developer

Location: Full remote with occasional office visits in Warsaw or Kraków; hybrid work model

Salary: 130–150 PLN/hour on B2B or 1040–1200 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using .NET, C#, and ASP.NET Core.
• Build and maintain microservices and distributed systems for a large-scale e-commerce platform.
• Design and implement REST APIs supporting business applications and services.
• Contribute to software architecture, technical design decisions, and continuous improvement.
• Analyze and optimize application performance and high-availability systems.
• Perform code reviews, collaborate with product and technology teams, and provide technical mentoring.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience with .NET and C#.
• Strong backend development and API design experience.
• Practical experience with microservices, distributed systems, SQL, relational databases, and Microsoft Azure.
• Very good knowledge of Git, software architecture, design patterns, performance optimization, and code reviews.
• English at B2+ level required.
• Ability to collaborate with product teams, architects, and other technology teams.

Nice to have

• Kubernetes and Docker.
• Event Sourcing.

• Experience with technical mentoring.
