Compensation: $184,000 – $241,500

What you will do

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for Finance and Accounting technology.
• Lead the design and optimization of Workday Financials and related SaaS applications.
• Ensure system security, governance, and SOX compliance across all financial platforms.
• Architect and support integrations using Workday EIBs, Connectors, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Leverage reporting, analytics, and AI to automate manual processes and improve decision-making.
• Manage end-to-end solution delivery, including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Finance Systems, Enterprise Applications, or Product Management.
• Hands-on experience configuring and administering Workday Financials.
• Solid understanding of GAAP accounting principles and financial controls.
• Proven experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, APIs).
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
