Senior Account Manager (Sales): Managing and growing a portfolio of key and regional accounts across Iberia with an accent on commercial strategy, distribution partnerships, and market expansion. Location: Hybrid in London (minimum 3 days a week in office) with frequent travel to Southern European markets.

What you will do
- Own the strategy for key and regional accounts across Iberia, acting as the main point of contact for commercial and operational matters.
- Lead regional account planning and long-term business development initiatives to drive growth across Iberian partners.
- Manage commercial inquiries and proactively identify new strategic distribution opportunities.
- Monitor account performance and continuously adapt commercial actions to activate growth levers.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, finance, and customer service teams to ensure effective account management.
- Conduct store visits, lead product range reviews, and attend trade shows to engage senior retail partners.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Track record of driving strategic growth for physical products (highly desirable).
- Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken).
- Ability to make confident commercial decisions and lead by example in data-driven environments.
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating across different internal business functions.
- Must be based in London to fulfill hybrid office requirements.
