Transplant Medical Science Liaison

Location: Remote, field-based in the United States; must reside in the assigned territory. Listed location: Cambridge, Massachusetts.

What you will do

• Provide scientific and clinical information about in-development and commercialized hirify.global products to physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Serve as the principal field-based medical contact for healthcare providers and researchers in the assigned transplant territory.
• Translate clinical data, therapeutic guidelines, and scientific evidence for stakeholders with different levels of expertise.
• Build peer-to-peer relationships with thought leaders and support medical education, scientific meetings, and compliant scientific exchange.
• Collect field insights, identify medical education gaps, and communicate emerging clinical trends to internal Medical Affairs teams.
• Identify potential clinical research investigators and support Investigator Sponsored Trial proposals and other research collaborations.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in a relevant scientific or medical field, such as MD, PhD, PharmD, NP, PA, or an equivalent clinical advanced degree.
• At least 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biotechnology, managed care, patient care, academic, or clinical settings.
• Must reside in the assigned territory in the United States.
• Experience in transplantation, including solid organ transplant, kidney, lung, or bone marrow transplant.
• Strong scientific communication, presentation, organizational, strategic thinking, and independent working skills.
• Understanding of clinical research, the US healthcare system, evidence-based guidelines, and medical, legal, and regulatory compliance.

Nice to have

• Post-doctoral residency or fellowship in solid organ transplant, bone marrow transplant, or a pharmaceutical program.
• Prior MSL or field medical experience.
• Transplant certification or equivalent specialized training.
• Experience in clinical research design and execution or prior pharmaceutical industry experience.
• MBA, MHA, or MPH.
