What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for German-speaking customers via phone and ticketing systems.
• Analyze and resolve software-related issues, adapting communication styles to diverse client needs.
• Handle Dutch-speaking tickets as needed to ensure timely support coverage.
• Gather customer feedback and share actionable insights with the Product and Support teams.
• Contribute to the knowledge base and help optimize support processes using AI tools.

Requirements

• Fluent German (C2) and strong English (C1) proficiency required.
• Dutch language skills (B2) required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a tech, SaaS, or B2B support environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes of technical problems.
• Ability to work onsite in The Hague.
