What you will do

Provide prompt and professional support via phone, email, and chat
Act as a knowledgeable resource for hirify.global products
Maintain accurate customer interaction records in the CRM system
Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams to ensure timely resolution
Adhere to company policies regarding professionalism and confidentiality

Requirements

HBO level of thinking and working
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in tech or software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Dutch
Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
Customer-centric mindset and passion for helping others
