Location: Must be based in or near Amsterdam (Hybrid)

What you will do
- Help fans via chat, email, and phone with high enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Resolve sellers' mistakes and implement ways to prevent future errors.
- Manage customer conversations and communication flows using Intercom.
- Collaborate with the CX team to spot and share insights on recurring issues.
- Achieve specific goals regarding productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Provide support during peak event periods and holidays, such as King's Day.
Requirements
- Native level English (C2), both written and spoken.
- Must be based in or near Amsterdam.
- Experience in a professional office or customer support role.
- Ability to remain calm and friendly under pressure in stressful situations.
- Available for a full-time schedule (40 hours per week).
- Stress-resistance and adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with Intercom or similar customer support software.
- Proficiency in additional languages.
- Interest in live events, music, sports, or culture.
