What you will do

  • Develop and execute regional business development plans for GaN and SiC technologies.
  • Engage directly with OEMs and distribution partners to maximize market share.
  • Own and implement regional pricing strategies, including negotiations and margin optimization.
  • Lead RFQ processes and commercial negotiations with end customers.
  • Define sales channel strategies and incentive programs to drive revenue.
  • Analyze market intelligence and pricing benchmarks to support strategic growth decisions.

Requirements

  • Strong background in marketing, business development, or pricing strategy.
  • Experience in semiconductors, power electronics, or wide bandgap technologies is preferred.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence and data analytics tools like Power BI or Spotfire.
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, and decision-making skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or Economics.
  • Ability to operate effectively in global, cross-functional environments.
