Manager / Senior Manager - Supply Chain (AI Driven Planning) Advisory

Location: Dallas, Chicago, New York, or Atlanta, United States

Salary: $135,000–$200,000 base compensation annually, with potential additional variable compensation.

What you will do

• Lead AI-enabled supply chain planning transformations across demand planning, supply planning, IBP/S&OP, and inventory optimization.
• Design target operating models covering governance, decision rights, processes, organizational structures, data, technology, and capabilities.
• Advise executive stakeholders on AI, advanced analytics, and scenario modeling for improved planning decisions and performance.
• Translate planning strategy and AI objectives into value-driven transformation roadmaps from assessment through implementation.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional consulting teams while ensuring structured problem solving and executive-level storytelling.
• Contribute to proposals, account expansion, thought leadership, and AI- and analytics-focused offerings.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting or advisory roles with deep supply chain planning and transformation expertise.
• Experience designing and leading target operating models across planning functions.
• Strong knowledge of IBP/S&OP, demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization.
• Experience applying AI, analytics, or decision intelligence to improve planning outcomes.
• Executive-level communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in one of the listed United States locations.

Nice to have

• Industry experience in life sciences, consumer products, industrial, or related sectors.
• Experience with AI-enabled scenario planning, predictive analytics, or digital planning transformations.
• Background in large-scale change management and value realization.
• Contributions to thought leadership, methodologies, or internal capability development.
