AI Product & Innovation Senior Consultant

Location: Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, New York, San Francisco, or Seattle, United States

Salary: $127,500–$249,350 per year, plus potential variable compensation.

What you will do

• Support clients in developing new strategies, services, and products.
• Design and implement new business and operating models.
• Develop customer insights, organizational knowledge, and market perspectives.
• Contribute to project activities and deliverables within strategy and transformation engagements.
• Develop specialization in a specific domain or industry.
• Lead a small team when required and begin exploring sales activities.

Requirements

• Experience in strategy and transformation consulting or a related client-facing field.
• Ability to develop strategies, products, services, and business models.
• Ability to apply customer, organizational, and market insights.
• Client-oriented approach and willingness to develop sales capabilities.
• Availability to work in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, New York, San Francisco, or Seattle.
