What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash process, including data entry into the ERP system and generating customer billing.
  • Coordinate administrative requirements for major formwork and scaffolding projects, ensuring alignment between Sales, Engineering, and Order Fulfillment.
  • Communicate directly with external customers to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and manage delivery expectations.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for escalated customer issues and resolve order discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate shipping and return schedules and proactively update customers on delivery status.
  • Reconcile accounts, close weekly invoices, and support annual inventory cycle counts.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent professional exhirify.globalence.
  • 1-3 years of exhirify.globalence in customer service, administration, order management, or logistics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong customer focus and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Must be located in or able to work onsite in Calgary, AB.
