What you will do
- Produce and maintain the master production schedule using Microsoft Project and ERP systems.
- Identify critical paths and constraints, proactively recommending schedule adjustments.
- Collaborate with Project Management and Manufacturing teams to ensure accurate inputs and progress updates.
- Analyze resource usage and create forecasting tools for capacity planning.
- Develop time studies with the Manufacturing team to enhance scheduling efficiencies.
- Provide quarterly ETC and EAC updates for programs.
Requirements
- Must be eligible for Canadian government security clearance and Controlled Goods Program access.
- 5+ years of related experience in production scheduling within a manufacturing environment (Defence, Aerospace, or Nuclear).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience working with BoMs and manufacturing routings in an ERP/MRP system.
- Strong organizational and methodical approach to complex scheduling tasks.
- Degree or Diploma in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
