What you will do

• Produce and maintain the master production schedule using Microsoft Project and ERP systems.
• Identify critical paths and constraints, proactively recommending schedule adjustments.
• Collaborate with Project Management and Manufacturing teams to ensure accurate inputs and progress updates.
• Analyze resource usage and create forecasting tools for capacity planning.
• Develop time studies with the Manufacturing team to enhance scheduling efficiencies.
• Provide quarterly ETC and EAC updates for programs.

Requirements

• Must be eligible for Canadian government security clearance and Controlled Goods Program access.
• 5+ years of related experience in production scheduling within a manufacturing environment (Defence, Aerospace, or Nuclear).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience working with BoMs and manufacturing routings in an ERP/MRP system.
• Strong organizational and methodical approach to complex scheduling tasks.
• Degree or Diploma in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
