What you will do

• Own and deliver target architectures, strategies, and roadmaps for the product suite.
• Partner with Technical Leads to provide hands-on guidance for feature delivery and tech debt reduction.
• Collaborate with Product Directors to align commercial goals with engineering deliverables.
• Lead the transition to an AI-First SDLC to drive productivity gains across all teams.
• Mentor and coach Senior Engineers and Technical Leads on engineering excellence and career growth.
• Lead architectural reviews to ensure security, reliability, and compliance standards are met.

Requirements

• Extensive experience delivering outcomes across large, complex product suites in scaling environments.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, system design, and scalable integration patterns.
• Strong communication and influencing skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience guiding teams through architectural design and MVP/0-1 thinking.
• Proven opinion and knowledge of how AI-first engineering changes the SDLC.
• Practical exposure to PHP, Node, React, Python, MySQL, and AWS.
