TL;DR

Salary: £100,000 - £120,000

What you will do
- Own and deliver target architectures, strategies, and roadmaps for the product suite.
- Partner with Technical Leads to provide hands-on guidance for feature delivery and tech debt reduction.
- Collaborate with Product Directors to align commercial goals with engineering deliverables.
- Lead the transition to an AI-First SDLC to drive productivity gains across all teams.
- Mentor and coach Senior Engineers and Technical Leads on engineering excellence and career growth.
- Lead architectural reviews to ensure security, reliability, and compliance standards are met.
Requirements
- Extensive experience delivering outcomes across large, complex product suites in scaling environments.
- Deep understanding of software architecture, system design, and scalable integration patterns.
- Strong communication and influencing skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience guiding teams through architectural design and MVP/0-1 thinking.
- Proven opinion and knowledge of how AI-first engineering changes the SDLC.
- Practical exposure to PHP, Node, React, Python, MySQL, and AWS.
