What you will do

• Manage and maintain hirify.global imaging equipment within the assigned territory.
• Perform installation, remedial, and preventive maintenance on digital radiography and x-ray systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues to ensure maximum system uptime.
• Collaborate with project management and installation teams to execute and validate new system deployments.
• Provide technical support to sales teams during pre- and post-sales activities.
• Document technology performance and provide feedback to the product team regarding reliability and design issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technology field required.
• 5+ years of direct field experience with traditional and digital x-ray equipment and CR systems.
• Expert knowledge of networking, operating systems (UNIX/Windows), and databases (Oracle/SQL).
• Must be eligible to travel overnight within the US and Canada.
• Must be eligible to apply for US National Agency Check (NAC) security clearances.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interfacing with hospital IT staff and end users.

Nice to have

• MCSE, Network+, or CIIP Certifications.
• Experience with PACS, RIS, and EMR systems.
• Previous experience with hirify.global software.
