What you will do

• Drive execution across transactional print outsourcing readiness and print aggregation initiatives.
• Support the integration of print processes with Electronic Customer Communications Management (ECCM).
• Provide hands-on application support for DocD and PJADF to ensure operational stability.
• Manage and monitor Mail Run Data Files (MRDF) throughout the print production lifecycle.
• Collaborate with print facilities to ensure end-to-end process continuity.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work on W-2 only (No C2C or 1099).
• Strong working knowledge of Jira, DocD, Print Delivery Hub (PDH), and Ricoh Process Director (RPD).
• Solid understanding of print production workflows and data file structures.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• SQL proficiency for data analysis, troubleshooting, and operational insights.
