What you will do

• Document functional and non-functional requirements, including security, scalability, performance, SEO, and accessibility.
• Coordinate story mapping and requirements gathering sessions to align stakeholders and product owners.
• Serve as a client proxy for agile teams and facilitate roadmap building and priority setting.
• Groom and refine user stories and acceptance criteria to meet the team's definition of ready.
• Manage project risks, identify gaps, and remove impediments for the delivery team.
• Perform desk checks and post-production deployment testing to ensure quality.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Kansas City, MO
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in technical analysis and project management.
• Demonstrated understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
• Proven ability to decompose complex systems into smaller, consumable components.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to resolve conflicts and coach others.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and workloads without direct supervision.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience with application lifecycle management solutions.
