What you will do

• Own the intake and discovery process for internal data initiatives, ensuring requirements are documented before development starts.
• Lead requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders to define KPIs, desired outcomes, and data needs for BI and reporting.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and reporting logic.
• Collaborate with the Technical Project Manager to maintain and prioritize a groomed requirements backlog.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, managing expectations and trade-offs.
• Support stakeholder validation of early builds and prototypes to surface gaps and ensure correct interpretation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 2–4 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar requirements-focused role.
• Proven ability to gather and document complex business requirements across multiple departments.
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria within an agile environment.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
