Salary: $131,000 - $201,000

What you will do

• Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for hirify.global Atlas and AI-driven automation solutions.
• Develop differentiated messaging that translates complex AI capabilities into clear business value.
• Act as the voice of the customer by engaging directly with users and the market to influence product direction.
• Build and scale a high-impact content engine including thought leadership and sales assets.
• Partner with product, sales, and marketing teams to support launches and field enablement.
• Drive market and competitive intelligence to identify trends and differentiated opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or outbound product management.
• Proven track record of driving go-to-market strategy, messaging, and sales enablement.
• Experience marketing technical products and translating complex capabilities into value propositions.
• Strong ability to create compelling content and present to diverse audiences.
• Must be able to work from one of the specified office locations at least 3 days per week.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in endpoint management, security, or IT operations.
• Familiarity with AI, automation, or emerging technologies.
