What you will do

• Identify and onboard compliant vendor partners across China and Southeast Asia (CN/SEA).
• Establish supplier scorecards and KPIs to enhance and monitor partner performance.
• Negotiate terms including MOQs, pricing, capacity planning, and lead times.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with factory owners and production leaders.
• Align with merchandising, planning, and design teams to meet cost and margin targets.
• Collaborate with the PD team to resolve factory bottlenecks and drive faster development timelines.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in sourcing, product development, or supply chain within the leather and non-leather handbag industry.
• Deep understanding of costing, testing, and manufacturing workflows for leather, fabric, and hardware.
• Strong existing network of bag vendors based in Southeast Asia (SEA).
• Proven track record of managing product development timelines and factory onboarding.
• Fluency in English.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Leather, or a related field.
