What you will do

• Support NPI projects for the Temperature Sensors Business Unit from concept through production launch.
• Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers capable of supporting new product requirements.
• Create, release, and manage Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers in China based on production and inventory targets.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliable supply and competitive pricing.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive corrective actions.
• Facilitate communication between the EII plant and Chinese suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Purchasing, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management.
• Experience sourcing components from suppliers located in China.
• Knowledge of supplier negotiations, cost analysis, and contract management.
• Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in English is required.
