What you will do

  • Identify and research new business opportunities across the performance marketing ecosystem.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of advertisers, agencies, and traffic partners.
  • Conduct proactive outreach via email, LinkedIn, and industry networking.
  • Negotiate commercial terms including CPA, CPL, and revenue share models.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to assess deal viability and ensure smooth partner onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular reporting on pipeline progress and market trends.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Europe with ±3h CET overlap.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within adtech or digital advertising.
  • Strong understanding of B2B outreach and commercial relationship building.
  • Ability to independently identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
  • English: Professional proficiency required.
  • Highly organized with disciplined CRM and follow-up habits.

Nice to have

  • Existing network of advertisers, publishers, or affiliate networks.
  • Familiarity with performance metrics like CPA, CPL, RevShare, and tracking technologies.
  • Experience in specific verticals such as iGaming, Finance, Nutra, or Lead Gen.
  • Experience attending and preparing for industry conferences.
