What you will do

• Lead a variety of project engineering, capital equipment, facilities, shutdown, and continuous improvement projects for multiple customers.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate plant relocations and expansions.
• Establish and manage project schedules, shutdowns, and critical path milestones using project tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Facilities, Manufacturing, Quality, and Production personnel.
• Manage requirements, approvals, and plans for operations, hand-offs, inspections, and safety.
• Identify and resolve technical gaps and delays across multiple projects and manage vendor selection.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience as a project engineer successfully leading teams of engineers and contractors on capital projects.
• Experience purchasing and justifying capital equipment and performing manufacturing cost calculations.
• Competence in engineering design, 3D CAD, and quality management tools (DFMEA, DOE).
• Ability to use analysis tools such as Excel, FEA software, and Minitab/Matlab.
• Experience with GMP, HACCP, OSHA, FDA, USDA requirements, and clean rooms in pharmaceutical/food manufacturing.
