What you will do

• Coordinate all aspects of board governance, including notices, agendas, and director availability.
• Create and distribute board packs, and draft meeting minutes and resolutions for routine and transactional matters.
• Track and communicate board actions to ensure service level agreement turnaround times are met.
• Maintain company registers and handle statutory and regulatory filings.
• Mentor junior staff and oversee the quality of their minute production.
• Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with key clients and business contacts.

Requirements

• Qualified or studying towards a relevant professional qualification, preferably CGI Certificate level.
• Sound technical knowledge of financial services.
• Proficiency in minute writing and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven experience managing part of a major client relationship.
• Strong administrative skills and proficiency with IT software.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management abilities.
