• Collaborate with internal and external teams to scope, plan, and deliver strategic programmes.
• Provide project governance, tracking issues and progress across the Senior Leadership team.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and gaps while developing mitigation plans.
• Present regular updates to senior executive stakeholders to manage expectations.
• Support the wider Growth Markets team on business-critical initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in fast-paced technology, sports media, or broadcasting environments.
• Proven track record of delivering complex programmes across multiple business areas.
• Strong skills in stakeholder reporting and communication.
• Analytical ability to use data and metrics for decision-making.
• Experience working within a matrix organization across different countries.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; certifications like Prince 2 or Agile.
