What you will do

  • Lead the regional revenue marketing strategy, focusing on demand generation and lead nurturing to convert potential clients into MQLs.
  • Manage and optimize CRM workflows, implementing engagement strategies via email campaigns and chatbots.
  • Oversee the execution of multi-channel campaigns, including webinars, co-marketing efforts, and WhatsApp strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance using HubSpot and Amplitude to provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and martech teams, as well as external agencies, to align strategies.

Requirements

  • Expertise in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), lead nurturing, segmentation, and customer journey development.
  • Strong understanding of B2B demand generation, email marketing, and A/B testing.
  • Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools such as Google Workspace, Amplitude, and Salesforce.
  • Experience managing end-to-end revenue marketing and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Fluent English proficiency is mandatory.
  • Must be based in Portugal (Lisbon) for a hybrid setup.
