What you will do
- Lead the regional revenue marketing strategy, focusing on demand generation and lead nurturing to convert potential clients into MQLs.
- Manage and optimize CRM workflows, implementing engagement strategies via email campaigns and chatbots.
- Oversee the execution of multi-channel campaigns, including webinars, co-marketing efforts, and WhatsApp strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance using HubSpot and Amplitude to provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and martech teams, as well as external agencies, to align strategies.
Requirements
- Expertise in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), lead nurturing, segmentation, and customer journey development.
- Strong understanding of B2B demand generation, email marketing, and A/B testing.
- Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools such as Google Workspace, Amplitude, and Salesforce.
- Experience managing end-to-end revenue marketing and multi-channel campaigns.
- Fluent English proficiency is mandatory.
- Must be based in Portugal (Lisbon) for a hybrid setup.
