What you will do

• Own the product roadmap and execution for a key area within hirify.global Enterprise.
• Translate product strategy into clear requirements, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and Sales to deliver enterprise-grade capabilities.
• Engage directly with external partners, including leading banks and institutional clients.
• Balance client-specific needs with long-term platform scalability and product quality.
• Raise the product management bar by bringing structured and pragmatic thinking to complex initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B, SaaS, fintech, banking, or crypto.
• Proven track record of owning complex products from discovery through delivery.
• Ability to operate in high-pressure environments with ambiguity and senior stakeholder visibility.
• Strong commercial awareness and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal English; German is a strong plus.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Vienna, Austria.
