What you will do

• Act as the main technical interface for product engineering in NPI and industrialization projects across manufacturing sites.
• Define validation scope, cost estimates, and review device specifications to align with product requirements.
• Own product validation, characterization, and drift analysis, ensuring technical integrity.
• Lead risk assessments (FMEA) and implement mitigation actions to maintain project schedules.
• Collaborate with design, packaging, test, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless product release and quality.
• Drive continuous improvement in validation efficiency and product quality using 8D and other problem-solving methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related technical field.
• 5–10 years of experience in semiconductor design, manufacturing, or OEM environments.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor products and electronic circuit design principles.
• Experience with quality and problem-solving methodologies, including 8D and FMEA.
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods (e.g., Yellow Belt or equivalent).
• English: Strong communication and presentation skills required.
