What you will do

• Collect market information and track industry and company market dynamics.
• Maintain a database of targets and opportunity status; support the investment pipeline.
• Conduct initial investment review and screening of prospective opportunities.
• Support due diligence and coordinate communication with targets, internal teams, and third-party consultants.
• Build extensive financial models (including sensitivity analysis) and evaluate investment projects using project documents.
• Assist with investment recommendation preparation and integration coordination for newly acquired companies; improve workflows with AI solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, or related fields.
• 1 year of experience in video games and related sectors in corporate/private equity/investment banking is a plus (intern and/or full time), but not required.
• English: excellent verbal and written communication skills are critical.
• Strong quantitative and technical abilities.
• Experience originating and structuring deals, preparing presentations, leading client meetings, documentation, negotiations, and due diligence.
• Progress towards or completion of CFA is highly desirable; strong integrity, initiative, leadership, and stakeholder management.

Nice to have

• Experience using financial information platforms such as CapIQ.
• Experience adopting AI solutions in the working environment.
