TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (London) — Spending at least 3 days a week in the office is required

What you will do

  • Create and deliver brand/category strategies aligned with the overarching global product and brand goals.
  • Manage the financial health of the division, including budgets, OTB, and stock trading.
  • Lead First to Market product execution across segments, focusing on trend, brand identity, and relevancy.
  • Translate top-down budgets into detailed category and brand plans to ensure maximum profit.
  • Lead and develop Buying and Merchandising teams, fostering talent and collaborative ways of working.
  • Build and leverage internal and external stakeholder relationships to evolve category strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a leader in the multi-brand fashion retail space.
  • Expert negotiation and influencing skills with a strategic and commercial mindset.
  • Deep understanding of the hirify.global customer, customer segmentation, and current fashion trends.
  • Commercial acumen to manage OTB and make strategic trade-offs between priorities.
  • Ability to drive success across multiple departments through creative and strategic thinking.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to the London office at least 3 days a week.
