What you will do

• Enhance Support Chat Bot performance and quality to improve resolution rates and response relevance.
• Establish quality assurance and coverage processes to identify gaps and evaluate AI response quality.
• Translate product ideas from stakeholders into detailed specifications and actionable tasks.
• Manage the full task lifecycle, collaborating with Engineering, Design, and Operations teams.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align expectations.
• Conduct data-driven research to evaluate feature performance and identify improvements.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst in product or fintech environments.
• Proven ability to gather business requirements and write technical specifications.
• Basic technical skills: SQL, reading logs, and using Postman.
• English: B2 level or higher required for effective communication with an international team.
• Proactivity and ownership mindset.

Nice to have

• Spanish language proficiency.
• Experience with LLM projects.
• Basic understanding of A/B testing and product/quality metrics.
