Business Analyst Middle (AI)

What you will do

• Improve the performance and quality of the LLM-powered support chatbot, focusing on customer experience, operational cost efficiency, resolution rate, and response relevance.
• Build quality-assurance and coverage-improvement processes by identifying gaps, prioritizing fixes, and evaluating response quality.
• Break down product ideas into actionable development tasks with clear specifications, acceptance criteria, and edge cases.
• Manage the task lifecycle from requirements gathering and analysis through implementation with Engineering, Design, Operations, Customer Service, and Learning Experience teams.
• Conduct research and use data to evaluate feature performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain clear, structured, and up-to-date documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst in product, fintech, or operational environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to gather, analyze, and align business requirements.
• Experience writing specifications, creating development tasks, and supporting implementation.
• Basic technical background, including simple SQL queries, log reading, and Postman or similar tools.
• Experience working across multiple teams and stakeholders with a proactive ownership mindset.
• English at B2 level or higher is required.

Nice to have

• Spanish at any level.
• Experience with LLM projects.
• Basic understanding of A/B testing and product or quality metrics.
