TL;DR
MarTech Solutions Architect (CDP): Designing and integrating Customer Data Platforms and marketing automation tools for high-profile consumer brands with an accent on cross-channel content strategy and data flow. Focus on translating business requirements into technical specifications, optimizing data schemas, and managing multi-tool MarTech migrations.
Location: Must be based in Canada (aligned with ET/PT), Spain (overlapping with ET/PT), or Latin America (Mexico City)

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end implementation of CRM, CDP, and Marketing Automation systems.
- Design comprehensive MarTech stacks from scratch and recommend tools to solve business challenges.
- Create technical specifications and requirements for internal engineering teams.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) during client presentations and sales meetings.
- Optimize lifecycle programs by improving data accuracy and schema efficiency.
- Support marketing analytics, reporting, and user journey mapping.
Requirements
- Experience designing and implementing solutions in CDPs like Segment, Rudderstack, mParticle, or Tealium.
- Technical proficiency in lifecycle tools such as Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, or Customer.io.
- Strong knowledge of JSON, SQL, and data modeling best practices.
- Experience with reverse ETL tools (e.g., Hightouch, Census) and scripting languages/lambda functions.
- Ability to translate complex technical topics for non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be based in Canada, Spain, or Latin America.
Nice to have
- Platform experience with Shopify or Magento.
- Experience with marketing attribution auditing.
