What you will do

• Educate prospects on platform solutions with consultative analysis matching business and technical needs.
• Conduct needs analysis, technical scoping, and pre-sales consulting including demos and site visits.
• Document client requirements, respond to RFPs, and develop custom solutions with partners.
• Create thought leadership content and improve internal processes for industry leadership.
• Lead project planning for recurring e-commerce solutions and support design teams in discovery.
• Provide emergency development support for key clients.

Requirements

• 4-5+ years solutions engineering or senior development experience.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP.
• Experience with BigCommerce, Shopify, Magento, WordPress, POS, ERP, payment gateways.
• Skills in solution architecture, project scoping, product demos, and consultative presentations to executives and technical audiences.
• Charismatic personality, collaboration skills, strong verbal/written/organizational abilities.
