Focus on managing the contract lifecycle, ensuring regulatory compliance, and acting as the primary legal contact for stakeholders in Spain and Portugal.

What you will do

• Manage the entire contract lifecycle, including drafting and negotiating MSAs, SaaS agreements, and NDAs.
• Provide day-to-day legal advice on Spanish and Portuguese employment law to HR and management.
• Coordinate with external counsel in Spain and Portugal to ensure cost-effective legal support.
• Maintain the legal document database and develop standardized playbooks and approval workflows.
• Assist in preparing corporate governance documents such as minutes and resolutions.
• Collaborate with the global legal team to resolve complex commercial and legal issues.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Spanish law, with a focus on employment or commercial law.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in reviewing international contracts, ideally within a software company.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (oral and written).
• Demonstrated expertise in Spanish and Portuguese employment law.
• Ability to manage heavy workflows and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
