TL;DR

What you will do

  • Act as a strategic adviser to business leadership and HR on a wide range of employee relations matters.
  • Draft and review employment agreements, separation agreements, and corporate policies.
  • Advise on recruitment, terminations, performance management, internal investigations, and global labor law compliance.
  • Manage employment aspects of M&A deals and lead complex multi-jurisdictional projects.
  • Oversee litigation for employment law disputes across the EMEA region.
  • Collaborate with HR, Sales, Finance, and Compensation teams to support business growth and policy implementation.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of legal experience, including tenure at a top-tier law firm or multinational tech company.
  • Must be a qualified lawyer in France, Spain, or Israel.
  • Strong expertise in employment law in your home jurisdiction with a willingness to master EMEA-wide regulations.
  • Proven ability to evaluate risk and provide practical, commercially-driven guidance.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
