What you will do

• Assist the legal department with contract management, review, and processing.
• Review and summarize key terms of sophisticated corporate membership agreements.
• Support legal projects involving due diligence, intellectual property, antitrust, and data privacy.
• Perform general administrative duties required by the legal department.
• Communicate effectively across various levels and departments within the organization.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a law degree or master from a European University.
• English: Fluent (C1) is a must.
• Strong attention to detail and superb organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to synthesize complex legal ideas and exercise precision.

Nice to have

• Master's degree specializing in Corporate Law, IP, or Technology.
• Excellent academic records.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
