What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements across content development, production, distribution, and talent engagements.
• Identify legal risks and design mitigation strategies for event productions across multiple jurisdictions.
• Conduct legal research and provide actionable guidance to leadership and business stakeholders.
• Manage diverse legal projects, maintain databases, and oversee internal compliance regarding IP and data privacy.
• Support incident management and dispute resolution in coordination with litigation specialists.
• Prepare internal templates, legal guides, and training materials for the organization.

Requirements

• Qualified US or UK barred lawyer with 4+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in-house at an experience-economy or live production company.
• Native or bilingual English proficiency is mandatory.
• Ability to prioritize multiple time-sensitive projects with strong business judgment.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Madrid, Spain.
