TL;DR
Senior Digital Insight Analyst (Digital Analytics/SQL): Analyzing user behaviour across websites, mobile apps, and other channels using Snowflake and digital analytics tools, with an accent on actionable insight, journey monitoring, and product partnership. Focus on designing tracking specifications, improving data collection, supporting product delivery prioritization, and translating client behaviour into commercial and strategic decisions.
Location: Bristol, United Kingdom; hybrid schedule with two days per week in the office

What you will do
- Partner with product teams to improve digital journeys and client outcomes through data-driven insights.
- Analyze user behaviour across websites, mobile applications, other channels, and market activity.
- Set up and monitor digital analytics for partnered product areas.
- Define tracking specifications and collaborate with web and mobile developers on implementation.
- Maintain digital analytics data collection and support the business with analytics tools and ad hoc analysis.
- Contribute to analytics peer reviews and help establish best practices for first-party data use.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience with digital analysis tools such as Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, or GA4.
- Expertise in data manipulation and analysis, with the ability to produce actionable insights.
- Strong SQL experience; notebook and Python experience is desirable.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Ability to prioritize workloads and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Miro.

- Knowledge of and interest in financial services and investment products.
- Experience with notebooks and Python.
