What you will do

• Define and execute product design strategy across multiple complex initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to frame ambiguous problems and translate them into actionable product goals.
• Design agentic AI products by moving seamlessly between technical layers and user experience.
• Own product initiatives end-to-end, ensuring high-quality delivery and measurable business impact.
• Mentor and influence other designers to raise the bar for design craft and systemic thinking.
• Validate solutions through research, customer feedback, and data-driven insights.

Requirements

• English: C1+ proficiency required
• Proven experience in shipping or prototyping agentic AI products.
• Strong business mindset with the ability to connect user needs to business outcomes.
• Expertise in systemic thinking and mapping complex stakeholder ecosystems.
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and take ownership of product spaces.
• Deep understanding of design craft and the ability to maintain high standards across the team.
