What you will do
- Define and execute product design strategy across multiple complex initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to frame ambiguous problems and translate them into actionable product goals.
- Design agentic AI products by moving seamlessly between technical layers and user experience.
- Own product initiatives end-to-end, ensuring high-quality delivery and measurable business impact.
- Mentor and influence other designers to raise the bar for design craft and systemic thinking.
- Validate solutions through research, customer feedback, and data-driven insights.
Requirements
- English: C1+ proficiency required
- Proven experience in shipping or prototyping agentic AI products.
- Strong business mindset with the ability to connect user needs to business outcomes.
- Expertise in systemic thinking and mapping complex stakeholder ecosystems.
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and take ownership of product spaces.
- Deep understanding of design craft and the ability to maintain high standards across the team.
