Senior Product Designer (Social Casino)

Location: Hybrid in the Gibraltar office; candidates must be based in Gibraltar or Spain, or be actively relocating.

What you will do

• Build primitives, patterns, and templates for mini-games, offers, bundles, loyalty, and progression mechanics across multiple brands.
• Design AI-enabled workflows and tooling that reduce duplicated or slow design work and maintain quality across shipped output.
• Design, prototype, document, and encode motion with production-ready states, curves, and engineering specifications.
• Drive adoption of new design processes and tooling across the team.
• Lead complex product design from brief through build, using product metrics and shipping decisions to guide the work.

Requirements

• Deep experience with design systems, including componentisation, tokens, multi-brand theming, and versioning at scale.
• Practical AI fluency demonstrated through built pipelines and tools with measurable impact; a working session is part of the process.
• Experience owning gamification, rewards, loyalty, or progression mechanics and understanding the related metrics.
• Strong motion design skills, including prototyping and animation specifications in Figma.
• Code literacy sufficient to read frontend code and build or prototype tooling that ships.
• Based in Gibraltar or Spain, or actively relocating.

• Multi-brand or white-label product experience.
• Experience in live-ops-heavy environments.
