What you will do

• Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand the real impact on client operations.
• Balance long-term product vision with immediate business and market requirements.
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering teams to define feature specifications.
• Work with Product Marketing on GTM strategies, feature adoption, and engagement.
• Support Engineering throughout the development lifecycle to anticipate challenges.
• Analyze product metrics to track customer behavior and performance.

Requirements

• Fluent English proficiency required.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to pragmatically solve complex customer problems.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Team player with a collaborative approach to product development.
